Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting cycles.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of management packs and presentations for senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to project teams.
- Collaborate with project controllers and finance teams to ensure accurate data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
