Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budgets to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business case analysis and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather data for operational planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the finance leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the SaaS or Hospitality Tech industry is a strong plus.
