Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify drivers of performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into financial strategies.
- Support the integration of AI tools and data analytics platforms into the FP&A workflow to automate reporting and enhance accuracy.
- Prepare clear and concise management reporting packages for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business intelligence.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
