Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze budget vs. actual variances and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently on night shift schedule
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
