Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial modeling
- Develop actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making and drive business growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial plans align with organizational objectives and KPIs
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements while optimizing tax strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven healthcare industry experience with knowledge of regulatory compliance (DOH, PhilHealth)
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and BI tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated success in mentoring finance teams and driving process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance leaders
