Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the business.
- Provide insightful variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business expansion projects.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure financial reporting accuracy and alignment with corporate governance standards.
- Prepare high-level financial presentations for senior leadership to support tactical and strategic business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems automation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial health to executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or corporate finance.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and budget management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
