We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to join our client's finance team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing critical insights that drive decision-making and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing complex financial planning processes, managing cross-regional performance reporting, and spearheading initiatives that improve profitability and resource allocation across global IT projects.
The ideal candidate is a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possessing the ability to translate technical financial data into actionable business strategies. You will lead the annual budgeting process, forecast performance metrics, and ensure that our financial frameworks remain robust enough to support our company's aggressive growth trajectory.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Partner with cross-regional IT project leaders to drive operational excellence and project profitability.
- Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting, identifying key drivers of profitability and risks.
- Implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance data accuracy.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development for new ventures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to management teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to work with international stakeholders and manage cross-regional communication.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and their application in corporate FP&A environments.
