Are you a strategic leader with a passion for business development and retail expansion? Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Manager to join our growing team in Santa Maria, Bulacan.
As our Franchise Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand's expansion. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of new franchise partnershipsâfrom initial acquisition and lead generation to evaluation and seamless onboarding. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of sales acumen, operational excellence, and relationship management to ensure that our new franchisees are set up for long-term success while upholding the high standards of the Magna Prime brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective strategies for franchise recruitment and market penetration.
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, including lead qualification and sales presentations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial evaluation of prospective franchise partners.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new franchisees are fully integrated into company systems and culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new franchisees during their initial launch phase.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing, legal, and operational support for new locations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of new franchise acquisition pipelines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance records for all franchise agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or retail management.
- Strong background in sales, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and business planning.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for site visits and meetings.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
