- Analyze franchise performance metrics including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction across assigned territories
- Develop actionable reports and dashboards highlighting operational trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with franchisees to implement best practices in store operations and inventory management
- Monitor KPIs and compliance with company standards, policies, and franchise agreements
- Support new franchise onboarding and existing store optimization initiatives
- Identify market expansion opportunities and provide feasibility analysis for new locations
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between franchisees and corporate departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise operations, retail management, or business analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and reporting software
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and KPI monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Philippine retail market and healthcare industry preferred
