Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing franchise partners to address inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate franchise operational performance to ensure adherence to brand standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of franchise documentation, legal agreements, and renewal contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to facilitate smooth communication with franchisees.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings or webinars to update partners on new marketing campaigns and menu rollouts.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of all franchise-related records and correspondence.
- Support the team in resolving operational bottlenecks by providing timely data and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in franchise management, customer relations, or administrative support within the F&B/Retail industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and start immediately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
