As a dynamic player in the Philippine F&B industry, we're seeking a passionate Franchise Relations Associate to strengthen our growing franchise network. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational excellence across our expanding footprint. You'll be the primary liaison between headquarters and franchisees, driving consistency in brand standards while fostering collaborative growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with franchise partners across the Philippines
- Facilitate franchise onboarding and compliance with operational standards
- Resolve operational inquiries and concerns from franchisees promptly
- Coordinate cross-functional support between franchisees and internal teams
- Develop and distribute franchise communications and training materials
- Monitor franchise performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in designing franchise incentive programs and operational policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in franchise relations or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of franchise industry regulations and best practices
- Proven problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
