Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple franchise stores to ensure brand standards and service excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration
- Monitor inventory management, loss prevention, and operational compliance across locations
- Conduct regular store audits and provide coaching to improve performance metrics
- Collaborate with franchise management on expansion initiatives and operational improvements
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail supervision or franchise management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team development
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Expert knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
