Dwi Cermat Indonesia is looking for a motivated Fraud Junior Analyst to join our expanding Risk Platform team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of protecting our platform and users from fraudulent activities by leveraging cutting-edge technology and analytical rigor.
As a Fraud Junior Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. You will play a critical role in monitoring transaction patterns, identifying emerging risks, and implementing automated enforcement strategies to maintain the highest standards of security. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily platform activities to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or policy violations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Data Science, Engineering) to optimize fraud detection logic and rules.
- Analyze risk trends and prepare actionable reports for the product and operations teams.
- Assist in the development and testing of new risk mitigation strategies and automated enforcement tools.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into suspicious user behavior to determine root causes.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the Risk Platform architecture to minimize false positives.
- Maintain documentation of fraud-related incidents and resolution steps for compliance and audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to query large datasets to identify anomalies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of risk mitigation strategies, cybersecurity principles, and digital platform fraud patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase) is a significant plus.
