- Source qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Screen resumes and applications to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Conduct preliminary phone/video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and sourcing strategies
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging sourcing technologies
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition (1+ years)
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and candidate identification tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
