Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a freelance or agency capacity
- Proven track record in sourcing high-caliber candidates across multiple industries
- Expert knowledge of modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
