Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct discreet, on-site mystery evaluations of luxury automotive showrooms.
- Assess physical presentation, atmosphere, and brand adherence within the facility.
- Evaluate the professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality of sales and service staff.
- Document observations through detailed, objective, and qualitative reports via our digital platform.
- Provide actionable feedback on customer journey touchpoints and service bottlenecks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project details and dealership interactions.
- Adhere to project timelines and specific evaluation methodologies provided by CXG.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in mystery shopping, market research, or high-end retail/hospitality is highly preferred.
- Exceptional observational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Superior written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to blend seamlessly into a luxury environment.
