Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present professional sales pitches and proposals to prospective stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of business to optimize profitability for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or freelance marketing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics in the Jawa Barat region.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict performance targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is preferred.
