Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil, water, and sewerage government projects
- Develop comprehensive tender documentation compliant with public procurement regulations
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material/labor costs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between design and budget constraints
- Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and supplier bids
- Monitor project costs and provide financial forecasts to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with government tender requirements and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cost estimating for government infrastructure projects
- Professional certification (RICS/IQS) or equivalent industry qualification
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of Malaysian public procurement processes and FIDIC contracts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial documentation
- Proven track record in winning government tenders through competitive pricing
