Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize inventory management and logistics coordination for multi-brand retail operations
- Support store operations including visual merchandising standards implementation
- Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely product replenishment
- Monitor KPIs for retail performance and supply chain efficiency
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns across retail channels
- Document operational procedures and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain or retail operations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational details
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience with beauty or FMCG industry preferred
