Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job requisition to offer management.
- Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a recruitment or HR talent acquisition role, preferably in a freelance or contract capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing techniques and utilizing various recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify top talent effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR recruitment software.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
