Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Freelance Order Management Specialist to join our high-performing team for a 6-month contract. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our order-to-delivery process, ensuring that every customer receives their supplies accurately and on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and process daily customer orders through our internal management system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile order discrepancies in real-time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for order status inquiries and resolution.
- Prepare daily reports regarding fulfillment performance and logistics bottlenecks.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy in all shipping documentation and invoices.
- Proactively communicate order delays or stock issues to relevant stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or customer fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of high attention to detail and accuracy.
