Akoi Management is seeking a highly skilled, independent US Tax Headhunter to join our growing recruitment network. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated freelance professional to leverage their expertise in sourcing top-tier tax talent for our international clients.
We are specifically looking for independent recruiters who possess an extensive network within the US accounting sector. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and presenting high-caliber candidates who excel in US Tax compliance, preparation, and advisory services. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the US Tax sector (CPA, Enrolled Agents, Tax Managers).
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate technical competency and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline of tax professionals for recurring client needs.
- Provide detailed candidate summaries, including salary expectations, technical experience, and availability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specific assignments, ensuring a smooth transition to client interviews.
- Maintain high engagement levels with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, and proprietary databases to unearth niche talent.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of specialized experience as a headhunter or recruiter within the US Accounting and Tax niche.
- Deep understanding of US Tax terminology, certifications (CPA, EA, MST), and professional levels.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in US-based accounting or tax roles.
- Strong independent networking abilities and access to professional talent pools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a freelance/contract capacity.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling candidate data.
