- Audit freight invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and rate structures
- Generate accurate customer billing documents using Navix, Turvo, and other logistics platforms
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and overcharges
- Maintain detailed records of all audit processes and billing activities
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure proper documentation and freight information
- Communicate with clients and carriers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare regular reports on billing activities and audit findings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in freight auditing, billing, or logistics accounting
- Proficiency with billing systems such as Navix, Turvo, or similar logistics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of freight terminology, documentation, and rate structures
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
