Tanggung Jawab
- Manage export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities
- Provide real-time shipment tracking and proactive issue resolution
- Process customs clearance and compliance requirements
- Develop client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for cargo consolidation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- 1-2 years in freight forwarding or logistics customer service
- Proficiency in export/import regulations and customs procedures
- Advanced English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Experience with logistics software (TMS/WMS) and MS Office
- Certification in logistics or trade compliance (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
