Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations including booking coordination and documentation preparation
- Prepare, verify, and review commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Proactively track shipments and resolve transit delays, damages, or customs clearance issues
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes including invoicing and payment reconciliation
- Analyze logistics data to identify operational inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and international partners to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation records and compliance with international trade regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations with ocean freight specialization
- Proficiency in shipping documentation (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists) and customs procedures
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics data interpretation and reporting
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes
- Experience handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Proficient in logistics software (e.g., TMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
