Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients
- Manage and maintain front desk operations, including greeting and directing visitors
- Handle class scheduling and appointment management
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support studio operational needs as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
