Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional greeting.
- Manage the front desk area, including telephone inquiries, message routing, and visitor logging.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and office supply inventory management.
- Provide support for office-wide events or meetings as required.
- Uphold company security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing identification badges when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any business-related or hospitality-related course preferred.
- Minimum height requirement of 5'5" to ensure a professional presence at the reception station.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email etiquette).
- A positive, proactive, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role is an advantage.
