  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in process.
  • Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, confirming details and processing changes.
  • Provide accurate information about room rates, availability, hotel facilities, and local attractions.
  • Process check-outs efficiently, handling billing, payments, and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate guest registration records and ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and supporting front office operations.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a front desk agent, receptionist, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and basic office software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations with composure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Professional appearance, a customer-centric attitude, and a high level of integrity.
  • Basic math and accounting skills for accurate payment and billing handling.
