- Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure building operations run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk reception area at all times.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Manage booking systems, logs, and reporting tasks accurately on a daily basis.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of proven professional experience in the hotel or condominium industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, PMS software).
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Polished professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
