Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure building operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk reception area at all times.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Manage booking systems, logs, and reporting tasks accurately on a daily basis.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of proven professional experience in the hotel or condominium industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, PMS software).
  • A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
  • Polished professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
