- Manage front desk reception and visitor greeting services
- Handle incoming/outbound calls and direct communications appropriately
- Coordinate meeting schedules and calendar management
- Maintain office supply inventory and procurement
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, document management)
- Support office cleanliness and presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
