We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Executive to join the dynamic team at Prinz Healthcare Group Sdn. Bhd. in Kepong. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in maintaining the operational standards of our clinic services, including the supervision and competency establishment for nursing staff.
Your responsibilities will span across front office management, patient scheduling, and administrative support. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service orientation who can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be responsible for managing patient records, handling inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily clinic operations. By upholding our high standards of service, you will directly contribute to the positive reputation of Prinz Healthcare Group.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming reception area for all patients and visitors.
- Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's diary efficiently.
- Coordinate with nursing staff to establish and maintain competency standards and daily operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential medical files in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage incoming correspondence.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety protocols.
- Provide administrative support to clinic management and staff as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field; a background in healthcare administration is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
