- Manage guest reservations efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and diplomatically
- Perform daily front desk administrative tasks and reporting
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and airport procedures
