- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a professional and welcoming presence
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the office
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring professional presentation at all times
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with office supply inventory, ordering, and distribution as needed
- Support other departments with administrative tasks during peak periods or as requested
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask efficiently and handle high-pressure situations with composure
- Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset and problem-solving abilities
