Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Manage the visitor log and ensure all visitors are properly registered
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
