Tanggung Jawab
- Manage virtual front desk inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Mandarin and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate logs and database records for all visitor and client interactions.
- Coordinate virtual meeting schedules and digital appointments across multiple time zones.
- Provide prompt and professional administrative support to various internal departments.
- Handle confidential information with high levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot basic administrative issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume virtual work environment.
