Tanggung Jawab
- Coach, train, and supervise all cashiers to ensure high performance and compliance with SOPs
- Oversee daily cash handling, transactions, and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
- Implement and monitor efficient cashier workflows to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits and security checks to prevent discrepancies and safeguard assets
- Manage cash flow requirements and coordinate with accounting for daily banking procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Prepare performance reports and implement improvement strategies for cashier operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cashier or cash management roles
- Proven leadership experience with team coaching and development
- Strong knowledge of retail cash handling procedures and reconciliation protocols
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant certification in retail management or accounting preferred
