Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience for all customers.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach cashiers and baggers to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
- Manage POS systems, including troubleshooting technical issues, generating sales reports, and ensuring accurate cash reconciliation.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, upholding the company's commitment to quality service.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures across the front-end department.
- Monitor queue lengths and manage staff scheduling to optimize workflow during peak hours.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure front-end supplies are adequately stocked.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer service setting.
- Strong proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in high-volume environments.
- Solid understanding of cash handling best practices and inventory control measures.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
