Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience for all customers.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach cashiers and baggers to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
  • Manage POS systems, including troubleshooting technical issues, generating sales reports, and ensuring accurate cash reconciliation.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, upholding the company's commitment to quality service.
  • Enforce company policies and safety procedures across the front-end department.
  • Monitor queue lengths and manage staff scheduling to optimize workflow during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure front-end supplies are adequately stocked.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer service setting.
  • Strong proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in high-volume environments.
  • Solid understanding of cash handling best practices and inventory control measures.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
