- Supervise and coordinate all front-end operations including checkout lanes, customer service desk, and bagging stations
- Train, coach, and develop front-end staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Monitor cashier performance, handle discrepancies, and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively
- Ensure all front-end equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area
- Assist with inventory management of front-end supplies and promotional materials
- Collaborate with store management to implement sales strategies and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail or customer service
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, especially front-end processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
