Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Process a high volume of money transfers, foreign exchange transactions, and bill payments accurately.
- Verify customer identities and documentation strictly in accordance with AML and KYC policies.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate daily cash balances.
- Operate Western Union POS systems and software to input and verify data.
- Ensure the branch environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
- Meet individual and branch sales targets through effective service and up-selling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Previous experience in retail, banking, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
