Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage front desk operations including bookings, payments, and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and ambiance of all public areas
- Coordinate with wellness practitioners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management of wellness products and amenities
- Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced wellness environment
- Basic knowledge of wellness or spa industry practices preferred
- Proficiency with booking systems and POS technology
- Positive attitude and passion for promoting holistic wellness
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
