- Greet and seat customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, using high-quality standards.
- Assist with basic pastry prep and display, ensuring all items are fresh and visually appealing.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, maintaining proper cash register procedures.
- Keep the front of house area, tables, and restrooms clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Upsell products and offer recommendations to enhance the customer dining experience.
- Clean and sanitize equipment according to health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee making or a strong willingness to learn the espresso machine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
