In this key role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling inquiries professionally while managing office resources. You'll collaborate closely with department teams to support project coordination, maintain accurate records, and implement process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception, call handling, and mail processing
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and office supply inventory
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal teams
- Support office maintenance including equipment coordination and vendor liaisons
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders
- Implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; higher education preferred
- Proven experience in front office or administrative roles advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
