Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all front desk operations including visitor greeting, screening, and registration
- Coordinate complex meeting logistics, conference room bookings, and catering arrangements
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement processes
- Support administrative functions including mail processing, document management, and filing
- Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure seamless office operations
- Implement and maintain office security protocols and access control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of front office or administrative experience in corporate setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
