- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception, call handling, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room bookings, and catering services
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors
- Oversee mail processing, distribution, and courier services
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Act as primary liaison for office facilities management and maintenance requests
- Implement and maintain office safety protocols and emergency procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or administrative support roles
