Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival at the clinic, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments using the clinic’s management system.
  • Handle cash transactions, payments, and daily cash reconciliation accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting lounge.
  • Assist medical consultants and beauty therapists by preparing client files and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or High School Graduate in any field.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of basic medical or aesthetic clinic procedures is a plus.
