Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival at the clinic, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using the clinic’s management system.
- Handle cash transactions, payments, and daily cash reconciliation accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting lounge.
- Assist medical consultants and beauty therapists by preparing client files and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or High School Graduate in any field.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic medical or aesthetic clinic procedures is a plus.
