- Manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle incoming calls and direct patients to appropriate departments or personnel
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients with various specialists
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the EHR system
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient flow

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in healthcare administration preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or customer service role
- Familiarity with front office management software and EHR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
