Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of guest service.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff to enhance performance and team synergy.
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented approach.
- Monitor and coordinate shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times.
- Maintain administrative accuracy regarding guest logs, reporting, and departmental documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and inter-departmental communication.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front office, customer service, or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management/CRM software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and tact.
- A customer-centric mindset with a deep commitment to service excellence.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to be based in Jayapura, Papua.
