Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and record keeping
  • Assist with office coordination, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office supplies
  • Support various departments with administrative functions as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office environment

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
