Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing excellent customer service
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and record keeping
- Assist with office coordination, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office supplies
- Support various departments with administrative functions as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office environment
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional standards
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
