PERSOL is partnering with a major Singapore transport authority to recruit dedicated Frontline Service Officers to join our team in the West Region. In this role, you will be the face of Singapore's transport network, ensuring commuters have a seamless, safe, and positive experience every day.

This position is perfect for those who enjoy a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and take pride in their work. You will be handling customer inquiries, assisting with transit navigation, and managing cashiering duties. We offer a stable 5-day work week, providing a great work-life balance while contributing to the nation's public transport excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality customer service to commuters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage cashiering duties, including ticket sales, top-ups, and handling financial transactions accurately.
  • Assist commuters with navigation and provide information on transit routes and schedules.
  • Ensure the service counter and surrounding area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Monitor station safety and report any anomalies to the relevant authorities immediately.
  • Maintain records of daily transactions and provide periodic reports to the supervisor.
  • Uphold company service standards to ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • Comfortable working on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems for ticketing and data entry.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to a 5-day work week schedule.
