Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commuters, providing clear information and assistance at transit nodes.
- Manage customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and assist in the smooth flow of passenger movement during peak and off-peak hours.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and handle station-related documentation accurately.
- Report operational incidents or feedback to the relevant authorities via established internal channels.
- Provide guidance to tourists and the elderly on transit routes, ticketing, and facility navigation.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance to ensure workplace safety and public service standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec certification.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse effectively in English and a second language to assist diverse commuters.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with high patience and empathy.
- Must be comfortable working on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
